Refund policy

You may return or exchange your purchase at any time within the first 30 days after purchase. To start a return or exchange, visit our return portal here.

Please note the following:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• If re:do return insurance was purchased at checkout, returns can be made at no additional charge. Just click the return portal link above to start that process. 
• If re:do return insurance was not purchased at checkout, returns can be made for a flat rate of $20. Just click on the return portal link above to start that process. 
• Your refund will be processed once your purchase has been received on our end.
• PaddleSmash is not able to provide additional packaging to return your items.
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are quick and easy. Just follow the return portal link above and indicate you would like to make an exchange. Once we have received your returned item, we will ship out the exchange. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
